I have noticed that a unit in the area, the owner has been gone since mid-June. They have the same lights on throughout the day and their window coverings have not moved or changed since late June. Perfect place to sneak in and party while the owner is away. Back is poorly lit making it easy to break in late at night in the dark. It is in building 320 Fenerty Court, from the back of the building it's the unit on the lower floor on the right when looking at the building from the back.
