ALMOST NO RUST, SUPER CLEAN UNDER BODY.

2023 MICHELIN WINTER TIRES X ICE FROM COSTCO

AC IS COLD

My wife and I love this van, just need something smaller for commuting. Use it all the time. Most practical car I have ever had. Tons of space. Leather seats, heated seats. Automatic doors. Sun roof. Added aux capability. Normal wear and tear.

2 sets of rims and tires. Winters are 2023 michelen purchased from Costco on honda oem rims. Summers are good. 2020 toyos on steels.

We bought the car end of summer last year and previous owners had been driving it since 2015 after salvage title. Previous owners did most of driving in Surrey BC so there is almost no rust. Under car is super clean. Body has some wear and tear, mainly front bumper and hood and little bit of rust on drivers side,

Solid car. We love it. Sad to see it go.

Let me know if you want Carfax or more pics.

IF YOU LIKE THE DETAILS KEEP GOING:

Comes with 1 key fob, 1 door key, and 1 ignition key. The door lock is not original I had to replace that hence why the door key is different from the ignition key.

Repairs:
- Replaced o2 sensor to get it safetied end of summer 2023.
- Safetied in summer 2023
- Replaced door lock actuator on driver side summer 2023.
- Rear brakes done fall 2023.
- Replaced belt and tensioner early 2024.
- Replaced power steering pump seals ( common on this model odyssey ) and replaced power steering fluid, have some left you can have, Honda oem power steering fluid.
- Oil change done fall 2023 and spring 2024.
- Comes with an oil filter for next oil change if you want.
- Brand new windshield just replaced from crack got over winter
- Fixed slow coolant leak with some k seal. There were no drips under car, only slow evaporation leak so I was filling up coolant every few months.
- Just fixed roller door bearings on left side automatic door.

Issues:
- Small rip in arm rest of second row bucket seat
- Body of car has some scratches, marks, small rust spots on driver side.
- A bit of Marker on ceiling and sides of 3rd row, previous owners kids we think lol.
- I find that it can get slightly damp in the bottom of the trunk from time to time. Not sure what the issue is but not big enough problem that wanted to deal with it.
- Forward/back driver seat power seating is slow. Still works but is slow, have used it like this since I bought it last year. Sounds like motor is dying a bit.
- Car doesn’t honk when locking it most of the time using key fob. Sometimes it does. No idea why.
- At end of last year we smelled something coming from engine bay and when I went to diagnose I saw white smoke from very front of engine bay when open up the hood to diagnose. The problem went away and have not seen it since. I suspect there was maybe small oil leak onto a hot part of the engine and this is burning, maybe a head gasket job but not sure. Might have to do with temp changes and seals. Not sure. Not a big enough problem that we wanted to deal with. Have not seen the problem since end of last year.
