The encyclopedia volumes are dark brown with different color classes on the back spines.

The encyclopedia set uses
a tutorial volume on how to use the set called "Propedia"
a green coded overall index volume book "Library Guide"
a blue coded summary/short article book "Micropedia"
a brown coded full article that likely is several pages long "Macropedia"
a book of the year update to existing articles with the year imprinted on the book spine.
Medical and Health Encyclopedia set of 10 volumes or so. In the photo depictions, these volumes are situated on the left hand side of the book collection, and have black spine bounded, with white and black front and back covers.

Ads for the same set claim that the books are covered with leather--this may, in fact, be correct because these book bindings are textured as one would expect for this to be true.
Many such sets sold are without books of the year updates.
The dimensions given are for a typical volume, of which there were about seven feet of heavy duty wooden shelf space used to house these cherished volumes.
If the set does not sell, then it is going into the trash--a huge misfortune for a noble set of volumes.
When a younger student, I would use these resources to study and make presentations for class.
When in University or College, I recalled information from the Books of the Year that told me about semiconductor technology to come that we have now, but even higher, finer, more energetic wavelength than UV rays currently in use.
My physics professor would not believe the information about wafer direct etching with electromagnetic photons that we now use routinely to etch the few nanometer scale technologies used for AI, GPUs, and multi-core CPUs.
There is a non-zero chance that the world shall be largely destroyed by wars. As such, an EMP could wipe out all electronic semiconductors such as IC chips found in computers, solid state storage, and mechanical hard disk drive electronics. The only reference information may in fact be printed works known as books or volumes.
Should the world collapse into chaos, the holder of this information would be at a distinct advantage to know what once was, and much of how it was started or done.

You see, some believed that over-population had to be combatted by making almost everyone unhealthy and more prone to various illnesses--their missions were accomplished by bad diets, and drugs that had bad side effects.
Medical treatment experimentation is under monopoly control by those who fund the medical education system--largely, the tax-exempt foundations who own oil refining, banking, and big drug companies.
What physicians learn in school is just the latest drug company sponsored knowledge. Anything not in keeping with their profits is pooh-poohed as quackery and nostrums.
The strong indication that medical science is largely a money making scheme is that in 1933 a two hundred and fifty six year old Chinese herbalist died.
He was born in the late 1600s, had over twenty wives who he all outlived, but he was seven feet tall. The emperor of China gave him certificates of a long life well lived every fifty years or so, and in that way the age of this fellow was provable.
He had about one hundred children with his various wives.
Towns people where he lived stated that their great-grandparents knew this guy when he was already very old.
What secrets did he know? How did he learn his information? Was he given a vaccine that was his undoing? There are photos of this guy. In some he looks OK, and in others his skin is darkly discolored like it was burned and almost turned to ash.
